Kendo PR & Marketing Coordinator

- Perform administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders, updating contact databases, and managing product stock for launches and send-outs.
- Support PR & Marketing Managers in achieving departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Adapt global marketing plans to align with local UKI market goals for both core and new products.
- Organize, plan, and execute trips, press and social media campaigns, and special projects involving press, influencers, and VIPs.
- Execute customized marketing campaigns and activations with retailers like Boots, Sephora, and Space NK.
- Serve as the primary contact for journalist, influencer, and retailer requests, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Report weekly and monthly on media coverage, trends, and competitor analysis to UK and Global teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, retail, and education departments.
- Research and analyze new influencer and expert profiles to target.
- Manage and track brand assets, award entries, and EMV rank reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics marketing, preferably in the UK/Ireland.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily projects.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated team player with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics marketing, ideally within the UK/Ireland market.
