Kendo Office Coordinator

- Manage daily office operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of office and storage spaces, including shipment reception and pantry management.
- Provide executive assistance to the General Manager and Vice President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, report preparation, and communication facilitation.
- Organize meetings, regional visits, and travel logistics to support business operations.
- Oversee vendor management for office-related services and supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance documentation, and supporting employee events.
- Process office supply and material requests, and manage IT equipment and related needs.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-managed work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
A minimum of 2-3 years in an office administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced office environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field is a plus but not a must.
