Kendo Mobile Makeup Artist

- Achieve retail sales targets by driving brand KPIs and supporting sales goals during store events.
- Lead in-store events and marketing activities, ensuring timely reporting of sales results and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with Space NK in-store management and retail teams.
- Support in-store and retailer-led event programs to ensure brand standards and guidelines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales and Education team to conceptualize seasonal events and masterclasses within each store.
- Coach and inspire Space NK retail teams to enhance brand knowledge, skills, and retail sales performance.
- Train Space NK teams on product knowledge, artistry skills, and selling behaviors, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Create engaging and educational video content.
- Deliver inspirational in-store training sessions to motivate and enhance artists' skills.
- Support growth in core brand franchises and new launches across all stores.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective service and selling techniques.
- Adhere to company travel and expense budgets, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication with field sales partners, store management, and training departments.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and inspirational demeanor.
- Strong commercial selling skills.
- Confidence in building rapport and relationships with in-store management teams, retail sales teams, and customers.
- Proficient communicator and presenter, both face-to-face and virtually.
- High level of artistry attainment.
- Experience in leading in-store events and delivering coaching sessions at counter level.
- Flexibility and ability to travel with overnight stays.
