Kendo Marketing Operations Intern — Fenty Hair
Kendo Brands is the beauty and skincare incubator within the LVMH group, home to disruptive, culturally driven labels such as Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Ole Henriksen. Operating with an entrepreneurial, innovation-led remit inside a luxury conglomerate, Kendo combines start-up agility with the strategic resources of LVMH to develop and scale differentiated beauty brands.
- Coordinate and support product launches across Europe, including preparation of launch schedules and delivery of product matrices and creative assets to e‑commerce partners.
- Monitor commercial performance, produce regular reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations to the Brand Manager and local markets.
- Support market teams with targeted marketing activations and ensure CRM communication plans deliver brand visibility.
- Manage key operational levers: country allocations, order placement, logistics follow-up and budget tracking.
- Conduct price studies, competitive monitoring, trend analysis and benchmarking to inform positioning and tactics.
- Develop and follow up Trade Marketing initiatives: write briefs, supervise production, validate POS materials (PLV) and analyse in-market performance.
- Coordinate cross‑regional calls and meetings with US headquarters, track action items and ensure timely responses to specific requests.
- Maintain and update 360° marketing plans and assist with ongoing budget monitoring.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — imperative for cross‑regional coordination with US teams.
- Autonomous, highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong interest in cosmetics and affinity for a start‑up style, entrepreneurial workplace.
- Proficient with standard IT tools and comfortable working with reporting and CRM systems.
- Availability for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026; hybrid work mode in Paris.

Beginner level — suited to a Master’s student seeking a placement in brand management. Previous internships or project experience in marketing, retail or beauty brand contexts are advantageous but not mandatory.
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (current enrolment acceptable).
