Kendo Marketing Manager

- Support the Senior Marketing & PR Manager in executing 360° marketing plans for new and core products across key retailers.
- Act as the regional owner for brand launch dates, newness, assets, and sampling.
- Define campaign KPIs, budgets, and manage execution across paid social, in-store events, trade marketing, and retailer activations.
- Develop and deliver campaign launch decks and retailer strategy presentations.
- Implement merchandising guidelines in collaboration with the VM team to ensure a best-in-class brand presence in stores.
- Localize and implement global brand strategies and creative toolkits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across UK retailers.
- Work closely with the global brand team on timelines, key dates, and UK-specific needs.
- Maintain retailer-specific strategy decks, ensuring consistency with global positioning while tailoring to local market requirements.
- Collate and share competitor activity, trends, and pricing analysis to support in-market launch and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, tailoring marketing strategies to their channels.
- Develop annual budget and campaign spend plans with the Senior Marketing & PR Manager, tracking performance and flagging risks or opportunities.
- Create Criteo strategies to maximize brand visibility and SKU conversion.
- Oversee joint business plans with commercial teams, including beauty boxes, GWPs, and sampling activity.
- Ensure the brand marketing budget tracker is accurate and up to date, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to build investment opportunities by retailer.
- Conduct forecasting and performance analysis for NPD launches, sampling, and gifting.
- Manage the sampling tracker, providing monthly updates and flagging discrepancies or overspend.
- Partner with the Senior Marketing & PR Manager/Coordinator to maximize PR and influencer activity, including eventing and campaign launches.
- Collaborate with VM, Education, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, social activations, and in-store execution.
- Develop cohesive sampling and NSG plans in partnership with commercial teams.
- 6+ years relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven experience in launching and managing marketing plans in a retail environment.
- Experience working with global head offices preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem solver.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in task management and budget tracking.
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant marketing role, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
