Kendo Marketing Manager

- Plan and implement comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns for new and core products across key retailers.
- Define campaign KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee execution across paid social, OOH, in-store events, and retailer activations.
- Develop and deliver campaign launch decks and retailer strategy presentations.
- Localize and implement global brand strategies across UK retailers, maintaining consistency with global positioning.
- Manage NPD pricing and support annual price evaluations.
- Develop annual budgets and campaign spend plans, tracking performance and identifying risks or opportunities.
- Collaborate with retailers like Boots and Sephora to optimize performance and integrate marketing plans.
- Maintain the brand marketing budget, conducting forecasting analysis for NPD launches, sampling, and gifting.
- Partner with PR, Education, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, social plans, and in-store execution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven experience in launching and managing marketing plans in a retail business.
- Experience managing a direct report is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for beauty industry exposure.
