Kendo Marketing Intern

1. Assist Marketing Coordinators and Managers with organizing and monitoring stock orders.
2. Raise MO’s and NPD tester orders for brand needs.
3. Support the creation of marketing presentations for meetings.
4. Raise and receipt PO’s for brand needs.
5. Assist in managing mailing requests and courier bookings.
6. Manage meeting requests, room bookings, and visitor bookings.
7. Provide assistance at events across brands.
8. Track and analyze brand and competitor launches and activities with monthly reports.
9. Support Marketing Managers on OLEHENRIKSEN and KVD Beauty.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of POS tools and materials.
11. Follow up on day-to-day needs from retail partners and area managers.
12. Collate and analyze launch and event results.
13. Monitor and track retailer brand coverage weekly.
14. Manage logistics for the sampling calendar, including inventory management.
15. Research and present brand building opportunities in the UK.
16. Source marketing supplies for key launches and activations.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
2. Highly organized and eager to learn.
3. Proactive with a flexible attitude.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship or work experience in marketing in luxury retail preferred.

Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar.

Hybrid working mode.
