Kendo Marketing Intern

- Assist Marketing Coordinators and Managers with organizing and monitoring stock orders for office supplies.
- Raise MO’s and NPD tester orders to meet ongoing brand requirements.
- Support the creation of marketing presentations for both internal and external meetings.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for continuous brand needs.
- Manage mailing requests and courier bookings daily to support business functions, including products, packaging, prototypes, and global requests.
- Coordinate meeting requests, room bookings, and visitor arrangements.
- Provide assistance at events across brands as needed.
- Track and analyze brand and competitor launches and activities, producing monthly reports on new product launches, pricing, marketing activities, and advertising.
- Support Marketing Managers on OLEHENRIKSEN and KVD Beauty initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of POS tools and materials for new launches and in-store focuses.
- Follow up on day-to-day needs from retail partners and area managers, aligned with the marketing plan.
- Collate and analyze launch and event results on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor and track retailer brand coverage weekly, sharing key results with the marketing team.
- Manage logistics for the sampling calendar across OLEHENRIKSEN and KVD Beauty, including inventory management, ordering, and ROI analysis.
- Research and present brand-building opportunities within the UK.
- Source marketing supplies to support key launches and activations.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing within the luxury retail sector preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Highly organized with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Proactive with a flexible work attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Beginner level experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar.
