Kendo Marketing Apprentice — Brand Management
Kendo is an LVMH beauty incubator that develops, launches and supports progressive cosmetic brands within the luxury group's Perfumes & Cosmetics network. The organisation partners closely with global brand teams and distributors to translate high‑end brand strategies into retail and digital activation across markets.
- Liaise with the Scandinavian distributor and internal international brand teams to coordinate product and brand launches, ensuring on‑time and in‑full delivery.
- Adapt and implement Visual Merchandising plans for Scandinavian markets, reviewing module artworks with VM managers and local distributors.
- Manage launch calendars and the Launch & Animation Plan for assigned brands; ensure regional activations align with global strategy and that assets are shared on schedule.
- Support digital visibility initiatives in collaboration with the distributor’s digital team and global asset owners to drive conversion.
- Monitor supplier timelines and budget utilisation to ensure cost‑effective execution of merchandising and launch materials.
- Analyse launch performance with ad‑hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to Brand Managers.
- Contribute to strategic planning decks, market benchmarking, pricing recommendations and team brainstorming sessions.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in operational marketing, international business or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with autonomy, rigor, proactivity and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Commercial sensibility with an interest in the cosmetics industry and brand development.
