Kendo Manager of Paid Social Media

- Manage all paid social advertising strategies and campaigns in collaboration with agencies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Develop integrated, 360-degree activation plans for key campaigns, launches, and support, providing recommendations based on best practices.
- Lead direct response creative strategy and messaging for high-quality ads, collaborating with creative, copy, and marketing teams.
- Develop target audience strategies, integrating them with customer journeys for a holistic approach across channels in partnership with CRM.
- Analyze performance KPIs to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns meet goals.
- Manage paid social spend against budget, optimizing investment strategies for efficiency and goal alignment.
- Develop reporting and measurement tactics to showcase paid social performance and highlight insights and trends.
- Foster relationships with platform partners to optimize existing programs and explore new opportunities.
- Share insights and updates cross-functionally regarding paid social trends and performance.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid social advertising, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform ads managers.
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, with internal channel execution experience preferred.
- Ability to balance creative and analytical thinking, with a focus on customer and brand.
- Demonstrated ability to create strong creative briefs and adapt processes.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in creating dashboards and reports.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in paid social advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools and technology.

Minimum 5 years of related digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid social advertising.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
The salary range for this position is $105,700 - $132,200 per year, based on location and experience. An annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package are also offered.
