Kendo Key Account Manager

- Support the development and implementation of long-term distribution strategies for Kendo Brands.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and business goals.
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies in collaboration with Sales & Education and Marketing teams.
- Prepare and deliver bi-annual strategy presentations with the Marketing team.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers and commercial partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial and promotional activities with retailers.
- Collaborate with retailers to define and monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute growth strategies and enhance brand positioning across all channels.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Lead the development of top-line budgets and manage monthly tracking by retailer.
- Work with the Marketing team to execute strategic trade marketing initiatives.
- Champion the development of business storytelling visualization projects.
- Manage wholesale order communication with retailers and liaise with the warehouse team.
- Oversee product assortments and act as the central contact for omni and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Planner to define forecasts and manage the BOM.
- Partner with Sales & Education team to manage stock levels and ensure sales growth.
- Review Retail Sales and Gross Sales data for optimal inventory management.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in multi-retailer relationship management and the beauty industry.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
