Kendo Key Account Manager

- Define and align sell-out and wholesale targets to optimize business performance.
- Monitor profitability objectives to ensure financial success.
- Participate in annual negotiations of terms and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate contract establishments in collaboration with the Group legal entity.
- Submit documentation and coordinate registration of new customers.
- Negotiate assortments, including exclusives or pre-launches, to build retailer partnerships.
- Select optimal distribution locations for brand visibility and profitability.
- Analyze profitability by store and e-shop to meet quality targets.
- Negotiate trade opportunities to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and supply chain teams for strategic consistency.
- Manage invoicing processes to ensure budget alignment.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Share, review, and challenge retailer forecasts to align supply and demand.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews with retailers, serving as a brand ambassador.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Trade Marketing, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
- Solid business and marketing acumen with an understanding of market and consumer dynamics.
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building with retail partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of retail operations and key account management principles in the beauty industry.
- Passion for the beauty industry with knowledge of current trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
