Kendo Key Account Manager

1. Define and align sell-out and wholesale targets to maximize sales and profitability.
2. Monitor profitability objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
3. Participate in the annual negotiation of commercial terms and agreements.
4. Coordinate contract establishments in partnership with the Group legal entity.
5. Submit documentation and coordinate the registration of new customers.
6. Negotiate assortments, including exclusives or pre-launches, to build partnerships with retailers.
7. Select optimal distribution locations for brand visibility and profitability.
8. Analyze profitability by store and e-shop, ensuring quality targets are met.
9. Negotiate trade opportunities to achieve business targets and collaborate with brand, marketing, and supply chain teams for strategy consistency.
10. Manage the invoicing process to ensure budget alignment.
11. Provide regular sales performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
12. Review and challenge retailer forecasts to optimize supply and demand.
13. Prepare and conduct business reviews with retailers, acting as the brand's ambassador.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Trade Marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
2. Strong business and marketing acumen with an understanding of market and consumer dynamics.
3. Proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to market analysis and sales data.
6. Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities, including animation calendars and product launches.
7. Understanding of retail operations and key account management principles within the beauty industry.
8. Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current trends in makeup and skincare.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Fluency in English.
