Kendo Intern Assistant Brand Manager

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe, including participation in product launch implementation, performance analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
- Support markets through the implementation of specific marketing actions.
- Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce sites by delivering product matrices and assets.
- Maintain CRM visibility of the brand.
- Manage resources including country allocations, orders, and logistical and budgetary follow-up.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the Trade Marketing plan, including the creation, production oversight, validation of POS materials, and performance analysis of Trade Marketing animations.
- Support the Brand Manager in daily tasks, including performance tracking on reporting tools, coordination of calls and meetings with the US headquarters, and participation in meetings.
- Update 360° Marketing plans and assist in budget monitoring.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.
- Autonomous, organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing actions.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and different stakeholders.
- Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics industry and a desire to contribute in a 'start-up' environment.
- Proficient in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing.
The internship offers a conventioned 6-month experience starting in January 2026, providing hands-on learning in brand management and exposure to the European cosmetics market.
