Kendo Intern Assistant Brand Manager

1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe, including participation in product launch implementation, performance analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
2. Support markets through the implementation of specific marketing actions.
3. Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce sites by delivering product matrices and assets.
4. Maintain CRM visibility of the brand.
5. Manage resources including country allocations, orders, and logistical and budgetary follow-up.
6. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
7. Participate in the development and monitoring of the Trade Marketing plan, including the creation, production oversight, validation of POS materials, and performance analysis of Trade Marketing animations.
8. Support the Brand Manager in daily tasks, including performance tracking on reporting tools, coordination of calls and meetings with the US headquarters, and participation in meetings.
9. Update 360° Marketing plans and assist in budget monitoring.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.

1. Autonomous, organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing actions.
2. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and different stakeholders.
3. Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics industry and a desire to contribute in a 'start-up' environment.
4. Proficient in IT tools.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing.

The internship offers a conventioned 6-month experience starting in January 2026, providing hands-on learning in brand management and exposure to the European cosmetics market.
