Kendo HR Associate Manager

- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate data collection and communication with the outsourced payroll provider.
- Manage personnel administration, including hiring and departure formalities, and preparation of employment contracts and regulatory documents.
- Develop and maintain social dashboards to monitor staff activity, including absenteeism and payroll.
- Support general HR functions, including managing inbound mail and participating in HR projects and events.
- Coordinate program support and implementation of global initiatives from LVMH and HQ.
- Ensure accurate data management, including HRIS and LMS systems, and maintain electronic HR files.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants to maintain accurate company organizational charts.
- Monitor HR budgets and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordinator or associate manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 2 years in an HR coordinator or associate manager role is required.
