Kendo HR Associate Manager

- Collect, analyze, and transmit payroll information to the outsourced provider, ensuring accuracy in employee pay slips.
- Manage meal vouchers and validate data entry related to payroll preparation.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries, including pay slip elements and social security contributions.
- Oversee hiring and departure formalities, including drafting employment contracts and managing health insurance affiliations.
- Prepare regulatory documents related to personnel management and monitor absences and leave.
- Develop and maintain social dashboards to monitor staff activity, including absenteeism and payroll.
- Prepare monthly and annual group reports and manage reporting for learning and social actions.
- Support HR-related projects, events, and tasks as requested.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for interns and participate in global initiatives from LVMH.
- Maintain and update electronic HR files and ensure company org charts are accurate.
- Monitor HR budgets and deliver ad hoc reporting as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator or associate manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll management.
- Sound judgment and discretion with highly sensitive data.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in an HR coordinator or associate manager role is required.
