- Lead the global social media strategy across key platforms to enhance brand equity and drive business impact.
- Translate marketing objectives into innovative social programs and campaigns.
- Act as the social lead on major brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring cohesive storytelling.
- Oversee daily management of global social channels, including content calendars and community engagement.
- Develop trend-forward, culturally relevant social content that aligns with brand identity.
- Manage creative ideation and content creation, collaborating with influencers and creative teams.
- Partner with the Influencer Manager to integrate UGC and paid partners into organic strategies.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering social media expertise and professional growth.
- Present strategies and performance results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor social KPIs and report performance insights to optimize future strategies.
- Manage the global organic social budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and consumer behavior to maintain brand relevance.
- Champion social media within the organization, driving innovation and integration across brand touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle.
- Proven success in leading and scaling social media programs with measurable impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect cultural moments with brand storytelling.
- Excellent creative sensibility and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing budgets and cross-functional projects.
- Deep knowledge of social media landscape and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
A minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, with a preference for experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The salary range is $105,700 - $132,200 annually, based on location and experience. Includes an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
