Kendo Executive Assistant and Office Manager

- Handle confidential and sensitive materials in a dynamic work environment.
- Manage and coordinate the Senior Director’s calendars and travel arrangements, including international travel.
- Create and manage detailed agendas for senior management visits.
- Oversee and maintain the Senior Director’s expense reports.
- Maintain department organization charts and contact lists.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams.
- Plan and execute employee events, from small luncheons to large-scale meetings.
- Coordinate and follow-up on special projects.
- Build effective partnerships with LVMH peers and key partners.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare executives with necessary materials for meetings.
- Organize data and produce reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Research and prioritize incoming issues addressed to the Executive.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively.
- Maintain records of legal contracts with headquarters, agencies, and retailers.
- Coordinate meetings and manage office supplies and mail.
- Deliver HR policies and updates to the office team.
- Manage office budgets and forecast expenses.
- Implement and maintain office administrative systems.
- Assist with office layout planning and IT infrastructure management.
- Support new employee onboarding and IT setup.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing executive support to Senior Management.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism with high discretion and integrity.
- Flexible and independent with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive support to Senior Management.
