Kendo Education Intern

1. Manage the Retail Artists allocation program, including updating request forms, MO orders, tester orders, liaising with the warehouse for distribution, and providing PODs and follow-up.
2. Send out ad hoc requests to Retail Artists and field team members, including incentive prizes and new product launches.
3. Place internal new product orders to ensure timely delivery to team members before product launches.
4. Coordinate with the warehouse for larger send-outs, such as holiday gifting and new product launches.
5. Source educational supplies to support key launches and activations.
6. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including stock, product newness, and event returns.
7. Maintain stock levels in the Education cupboards, ensuring availability of key SKUs and new starter gratis.
8. Collaborate with the Education and Corporate Events Manager to plan key send-outs, education updates, and training details.
9. Maintain and manage Education Training kits for all Kendo Brands.
10. Complete relevant trackers and ensure all reporting is up to date, including MO costs, allocation costs, and training data.
11. Support the Social team with content creation and management for the Kendo Instagram account.
12. Assist in the Summer Intern Program.
13. Support Education events across brands, including setup and pack down.
14. Coordinate logistics for Education events, ensuring all key contacts are informed of updates.
15. Arrange deliveries, pickups, and couriers for Education events.
16. Organize travel for Retail Artists attending Education events, including conferences and trainings.
17. Order catering, hygiene, and supplies for basic schools, adhering to budget constraints.
18. Create and manage post-event surveys, collecting and presenting feedback to key team members.
19. Assist the Education and Corporate Event Manager with stock orders for all brands.
20. Raise and manage purchase orders for education needs.
21. Manage mailing requests and courier bookings to support ongoing business functions.
22. Coordinate meeting requests, room bookings, and visitor bookings.

1. Fluent in English
2. Previous internship or work experience in an administrative role
3. Interest in the beauty industry

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
2. Highly organized with a proactive and flexible attitude
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong relationship-building abilities
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Beginner-level experience, ideally with previous internship or work experience in an administrative role.
