Kendo Education Intern

- Manage the Retail Artists allocation program, including updating request forms, MO orders, tester orders, liaising with the warehouse for distribution, and providing PODs and follow-up.
- Send out ad hoc requests to Retail Artists and field team members, including incentive prizes and new product launches.
- Place internal new product orders to ensure timely delivery to team members before product launches.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for larger send-outs, such as holiday gifting and new product launches.
- Source educational supplies to support key launches and activations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including stock, product newness, and event returns.
- Maintain stock levels in the Education cupboards, ensuring availability of key SKUs and new starter gratis.
- Collaborate with the Education and Corporate Events Manager to plan key send-outs, education updates, and training details.
- Maintain and manage Education Training kits for all Kendo Brands.
- Complete relevant trackers and ensure all reporting is up to date, including MO costs, allocation costs, and training data.
- Support the Social team with content creation and management for the Kendo Instagram account.
- Assist in the Summer Intern Program.
- Support Education events across brands, including setup and pack down.
- Coordinate logistics for Education events, ensuring all key contacts are informed of updates.
- Arrange deliveries, pickups, and couriers for Education events.
- Organize travel for Retail Artists attending Education events, including conferences and trainings.
- Order catering, hygiene, and supplies for basic schools, adhering to budget constraints.
- Create and manage post-event surveys, collecting and presenting feedback to key team members.
- Assist the Education and Corporate Event Manager with stock orders for all brands.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for education needs.
- Manage mailing requests and courier bookings to support ongoing business functions.
- Coordinate meeting requests, room bookings, and visitor bookings.
- Fluent in English
- Previous internship or work experience in an administrative role
- Interest in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Highly organized with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Beginner-level experience, ideally with previous internship or work experience in an administrative role.
