Kendo Education and Corporate Events Manager

- Oversee the timely delivery of training events from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with global education partners to manage updates, product pipelines, and brand DNA.
- Manage ordering processes and budgets for gratis, comps, and education NSV, coordinating with the marketing department.
- Support administrative tasks related to incentives, allocations, and ad hoc requests.
- Arrange travel logistics for artists attending education-related events.
- Source and manage venues for training, workshops, and conferences.
- Support field teams with product requests for content creation and meetings.
- Work with marketing and senior management to forecast new product developments and allocations.
- Organize external events with retailers to enhance brand engagement.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and diplomacy.
- Budget management expertise.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with venues and suppliers.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field.
