Kendo Director of Global Visual and Experiential Design

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative in-store displays, windows, and animated visual merchandising spaces.
- Drive the creative vision for global IRL spaces across all Kendo brands, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and business objectives.
- Research and select materials and fixtures to enhance product displays, establishing innovative vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with brand teams and retailer partners to ensure cohesive product launches and fixture designs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by regularly visiting stores and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in store design or visual merchandising within the beauty industry.
- Proven experience with beauty retailers such as Sephora and Ulta.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing displays.
- Project management skills with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
Minimum 10 years
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
$164,000 - $205,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
