Kendo Director of Brand and Marketing

- Collaborate with the Senior Director to establish and achieve retail and wholesale budgets across both physical and digital channels.
- Develop and implement regional brand and marketing strategies that align with global brand objectives while addressing local market nuances.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on industry trends, competitive analysis, and sales performance by brand and category.
- Lead retailer joint business planning meetings, ensuring alignment on vision and securing optimal marketing support.
- Manage product forecasts, inventory, and obsolescence in partnership with the Kendo Planning Team and Sephora.
- Oversee PR and advertising agencies, ensuring adherence to strategic guidelines and budget constraints.
- Allocate marketing budget resources strategically to maximize ROI.
- Ensure flawless execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines and manage store space and fixture requirements.
- Develop and inspire a high-caliber team, fostering a culture aligned with Kendo's core values.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a commercial or marketing role, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proven strategic thinker and brand builder.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a talent for inspiring and collaborating across functions.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in stock and inventory management.
