1. Manage and oversee the operations of the Fenty counter in a department store environment.
2. Lead and mentor a team of retail artists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Develop and maintain a clientele portfolio to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
4. Ensure the counter is visually appealing and adheres to brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate with store management to optimize sales strategies and promotional activities.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience working in a department store with a prestige or artistry brand.
2. Proven track record in makeup artistry at a high level.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a clientele portfolio.
