1. Lead and manage the Fenty Beauty counter team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain a clientele portfolio to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
3. Demonstrate high-level makeup artistry skills to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
4. Organize and execute in-store events and promotions to boost brand visibility and sales.
5. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing counter display in line with brand guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
2. Proven track record in building and managing a clientele portfolio.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
4. Outstanding organizational skills.
