Kendo Counter Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Makeup Artists, managing staffing schedules and coaching for sales and artistry skills.
- Exemplify exceptional product knowledge and service, fostering a loyal clientele to drive sales.
- Oversee sales goals and payroll investments to meet financial objectives.
- Implement an effective clientele program to enhance loyalty and support sales targets.
- Create in-store activations and clientele programs aligned with the brand calendar.
- Strategically develop the brand business within the store.
- Build strong relationships with Harvey Nichols management and Kendo to drive business results.
- Develop and refine the sales, artistry, and customer service skills of the team.
- Manage the tester and samples budget, ensuring timely orders to support business needs.
- Model respect, initiative, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a luxury store environment.
- High-level makeup artistry background.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience at the same level managing an account.
- Strategic business acumen with a proven track record.
- Experience in building and executing clientele strategies.
- Leadership skills in staff development, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Experience in financial goal planning and achievement.
- Successful track record as a Business Manager.
- Strong customer service, clientele, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills for planning and executing in-store events.
