Kendo Counter Manager

- Manage and inspire a team of Makeup Artists, including scheduling and coaching in sales and artistry skills.
- Lead by example in product knowledge and service to build a loyal clientele and drive sales.
- Achieve financial goals by managing sales targets and payroll investments.
- Develop and implement effective clientele programs to enhance customer loyalty and sales.
- Create in-store activations and programs aligned with the brand calendar to support product launches and key selling periods.
- Strategically build and develop the brand business within the store.
- Foster strong relationships with Harvey Nichols management and Kendo to drive business results and implement best practices.
- Continuously develop the sales, artistry, and customer service skills of the team.
- Manage tester and sample budgets, ensuring timely order placements.
- Represent the brand professionally and ethically, adhering to all guidelines.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a luxury store environment.
- High-level makeup artistry background.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience at a managerial level.
- Proven strategic and business acumen.
- Experience in building and executing clientele strategies.
- Leadership and motivational skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Experience in financial goal planning and achievement.
- Successful track record as a Business Manager.
- Strong customer service, clientele, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills for planning and executing in-store events.
