Kendo Communications Intern

- Participate in the definition and execution of public relations and influencer strategies across Europe.
- Manage influencer and press gifting initiatives within Europe.
- Adapt and disseminate press and social media assets across European markets.
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs for influencers and media agencies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including press, influencer, and sampling events.
- Coordinate and track requests from PR agencies.
- Develop presentations on marketing plans and PR & influencer strategies for the brands.
- Compile and monitor performance reports from European PR agencies.
- Create monthly reports or specific activation reports for the global team.
- Conduct weekly trend analysis on makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Identify emerging talents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing or Communication.
- Interest in public relations and influencer engagement within the cosmetics industry.
- Strong sensitivity to social media and current trends from luxury to street style.
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication (Bac+4/5).
