1. Participate in the definition and execution of public relations and influencer strategies across Europe.
2. Manage influencer and press gifting initiatives within Europe.
3. Adapt and disseminate press and social media assets across European markets.
4. Contribute to the development of creative briefs for influencers and media agencies.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including press, influencer, and sampling events.
6. Coordinate and track requests from PR agencies.
7. Develop presentations on marketing plans and PR & influencer strategies for the brands.
8. Compile and monitor performance reports from European PR agencies.
9. Create monthly reports or specific activation reports for the global team.
10. Conduct weekly trend analysis on makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
11. Identify emerging talents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing or Communication.
2. Interest in public relations and influencer engagement within the cosmetics industry.

1. Strong sensitivity to social media and current trends from luxury to street style.
2. Autonomous, organized, and proactive with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication (Bac+4/5).
