Kendo Communications & Influence Intern
Kendo is a beauty brand incubator within the LVMH portfolio, known for developing and accelerating prestige skincare and cosmetics brands. Operating at the intersection of product innovation and contemporary marketing, Kendo partners with entrepreneurial brands such as Ole Henriksen to scale presence across global retail and digital ecosystems.
- Support the European communications strategy for Ole Henriksen across PR, influencer relations and digital/social channels.
- Manage and maintain the brand’s European influencer roster, handle day-to-day influencer relations and coordinate product sends and requests.
- Scout and onboard new social talents across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube; contribute to influencer selection for paid campaigns.
- Contribute to campaign execution: draft creative briefs, review and validate influencer content, and follow up on deliverables.
- Coordinate production of press materials and PR assets: translate/adapt press dossiers, assemble PR boxes and leaflets for journalists and influencers.
- Develop social media toolkits for Sephora Europe launches and liaise with Sephora social leads across 13 countries.
- Support organisation of PR and influencer events (press lunches, influencer trips) and assist during press days.
- Compile and synthesise agency reports and produce monthly performance reporting for the Global team.
- Conduct weekly trend monitoring on makeup, skincare, lifestyle, streetstyle and social media dynamics.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher-education programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications, Image or equivalent.
- Strong editorial sense, aesthetic awareness and an appetite for beauty and lifestyle content.
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and creative with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Pack Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) is a strong plus.

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications, Image or related discipline.
