Kendo Communication Assistant Intern

- Participate in defining and executing public relations and influencer actions across Europe.
- Manage influencer and press gifting initiatives in Europe.
- Oversee adaptation and distribution of press and social media assets in Europe.
- Contribute to the creation of creative briefs for influencers and media agencies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of events, including press and influencer events and sampling.
- Coordinate and track requests from PR agencies.
- Assist in preparing marketing plans and PR and influencer strategy presentations for both brands.
- Compile and monitor performance reports from European PR agencies.
- Produce monthly or specific activation reports for the global team.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of current trends in makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Identify new talents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing or Communication.
- Interest in implementing and monitoring PR and influencer actions.
- Desire to develop knowledge of the cosmetics market and social media on a European scale.
- Strong sensitivity to social media environments and trends from luxury to street style.
- Ability to contribute in a startup-like environment.
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive with adaptability to dynamic environments and interlocutors.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is essential.
