Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

1. Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to support demand forecasting.
2. Maintain and update demand forecasting tools, including Excel and Anaplan.
3. Prepare data for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
4. Generate actionable insights from data analysis.
5. Run and maintain weekly performance reports and support Supply & Demand reporting.
6. Update relevant dashboards with current data.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs.
8. Support functional teams in improving data flows and establishing new processes.
9. Attend Demand review meetings and document key takeaways and decisions.

1. Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience is advantageous.
2. Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
3. Analytical mindset with comfort in handling large datasets.
4. Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Confidence in collaborating across teams, including Commercial, Marketing, and Retail.
