Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

- Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality.
- Maintain and update demand forecasting in Excel and Anaplan.
- Prepare data for monthly S&OP meetings.

- Run and maintain weekly performance reporting.
- Support Supply & Demand reporting and update dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs.
- Support functional teams in improving data flows and setting up new processes.
- Attend Demand review meetings and document key takeaways and decisions.
- Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with large datasets.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative and confident working across teams (Commercial, Marketing, Retail).
