Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

- Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality for demand forecasting.
- Maintain and update demand forecasting tools such as Excel and Anaplan.
- Prepare data for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis.
- Run and maintain weekly performance reports.
- Support Supply & Demand reporting and update relevant dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs.
- Support functional teams in improving data flows and establishing new processes.
- Attend Demand review meetings and document key takeaways and decisions.
- Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in handling large datasets.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to collaborate across teams, including Commercial, Marketing, and Retail.
Beginner level experience in data analysis or related fields.
The internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exposure to data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
