Kendo Brand Manager

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and brand plans tailored for distributor markets, focusing on Africa and new regions.
- Lead 360° launch and marketing initiatives in collaboration with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and budget.
- Negotiate contracts with distributors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends, brand performance, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing, supply chain, education, and retail operations.
- Manage brand P&L, ensuring profitable growth and financial efficiency across African and new markets.
- Provide regular sales recaps, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Inspire and motivate distributor teams to embrace innovative, consumer-centric strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of brand marketing experience with a focus on distributor models.
- Proven track record in managing and growing brands in diverse markets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, particularly within distributor models and diverse markets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
