- Strategize, define, and implement brand mission, objectives, and positioning in the market.
- Serve as the brand spokesperson, ensuring cohesive narrative across PR, social media, advertising, retail, and education.
- Lead brand meetings and support negotiations to secure optimal support from retail partners.
- Design and oversee consumer engagement journey to achieve brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights and champion regional product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of makeup trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in SEA & India to inform marketing plans.
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and KPIs.
- Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for SEA & India.
- Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring responsible spending and achievement of ROI targets.
- Collaborate with commercial, retail, and education teams to optimize brand presence with retail partners.
- Lead or participate in special projects, ensuring brand cohesiveness and effective execution.
- Oversee the design and execution of consumer events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Define pricing strategies for new launches and review annual price adjustments.
- Lead product launch forecasting and collaborate with planning and retail teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- 8 to 10 years' experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Experience in Southeast Asia and India markets.
- Strategic thinker and brand builder.
- Team player with the ability to inspire and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
