Kendo Brand and Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and consumer engagement strategies for the SEA & India region.
- Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing initiatives, managing the marketing calendar and budget.
- Collaborate with commercial, retail, and education teams to optimize brand performance and market share.
- Oversee in-store visual merchandising and lead special projects and consumer events.
- Partner with PR and social media teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing plans and identify opportunities.
- Define pricing strategies for new launches and review annual price adjustments.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a Brand or Marketing role, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record in the Southeast Asia and India markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and brand-building capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in deploying ideas effectively and presenting to senior management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, with a focus on the beauty industry and the Southeast Asia and India markets.
