- Strategize, define, and implement brand mission, objectives, and positioning in the market.
- Serve as the brand spokesperson, maintaining a cohesive narrative across PR, social media, advertising, retail, and education.
- Lead brand meetings and support negotiations with retail partners.
- Design and oversee consumer engagement journeys to achieve brand objectives.
- Collaborate on consumer insights and product enhancement suggestions with global teams.
- Stay informed on makeup trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in SEA & India.
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and KPIs.
- Lead comprehensive marketing strategies for SEA & India, including paid media, partnerships, promotions, CRM, and retail events.
- Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring responsible spending and ROI achievement.
- Collaborate with commercial, retail, and education teams to optimize brand presence.
- Lead and oversee consumer events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Define pricing strategies and lead product launch forecasting.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Experience in Southeast Asia and India markets.
- Proven strategic thinking and brand building capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
