Kendo Brand and Marketing Manager

- Strategize and implement brand mission, objectives, and market positioning.
- Serve as brand spokesperson, maintaining cohesive narrative across PR, social media, and retail.
- Lead brand meetings and support negotiations with retail partners.
- Design and oversee consumer engagement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Consolidate consumer insights and provide region-specific product enhancement suggestions.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing plans.
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and KPIs.
- Lead comprehensive marketing strategies for SEA & India, including paid media and promotions.
- Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring responsible spending and ROI achievement.
- Collaborate with commercial and retail teams to optimize brand presence and sell-through.
- Lead special projects and consumer events, ensuring brand consistency and effective execution.
- Define pricing strategies and lead product launch forecasting.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a Brand or Marketing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Experience in Southeast Asia and India markets.
- Strategic thinking and brand building.
- Ability to inspire and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Business acumen and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills with high integrity.
- Flexibility and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Effective idea deployment and presentation skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on the beauty industry and the Southeast Asia and India markets.
