Kendo Associate PR & Influencer Manager

- Line manage and mentor the Influencer & PR Coordinator, ensuring effective delegation and delivery of team objectives.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for the PR agency, managing workflows and aligning with brand priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive integrated campaigns and ensure brand alignment.
- Support budget and finance management processes.
- Assist in planning and executing PR and influencer strategies across various channels.
- Coordinate paid influencer campaigns, including talent identification and performance tracking.
- Oversee reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
- Lead execution of brand events and influencer trips, managing logistics and post-event wrap-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, nurturing long-term brand advocates.
- Utilize influencer tracking platforms to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee influencer seeding initiatives and ensure impactful brand storytelling.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and PR, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven experience leading paid influencer campaigns and executing press/influencer events.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including paid partnerships and media strategy.
- Excellent project and event management skills.
- Ability to lead agencies and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Skilled in influencer tracking tools (e.g., Traackr, Tribe).
Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and PR, ideally in the beauty sector.
