Kendo Associate Manager, Program Management - Packaging

- Manage the creative development and timely delivery of packaging artwork for two Kendo brands, from concept to final execution.
- Conduct bi-weekly status meetings, keeping team leads informed and resolving any impediments to project progress.
- Upload and monitor project timelines using Asana, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with Regulatory & Compliance teams to track and confirm EU artwork approvals.
- Communicate project details to Production Artists, outlining daily priorities and following up on internal approvals.
- Participate actively in weekly Product Development and Operations meetings.
- Manage artwork routing processes, ensuring clarity on changes and resolving any queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in retail or agency settings.
- Experience in the retail or beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Asana, Workfront Proof, and SmartSheets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships across various disciplines.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a drive to excel and succeed.
- Passion for beauty and retail.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in retail or agency settings.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The salary range for this position is $79,900 - $99,900 per year, depending on experience and location. An annual bonus is also part of the compensation package.
