Kendo Associate Manager, PR & Events

- Manage day-to-day influencer relations, including identifying new talent and coordinating collaborations.
- Coordinate seeding programs, PR send-outs, and exclusive influencer moments to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer events, both intimate and large-scale, in alignment with brand launches.
- Coordinate paid influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are tracked and content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the PR agency on media outreach, coverage tracking, and press moments across the region.
- Support planning and logistics of retail activations and events, including Sephora CRM initiatives.
- Track, report, and analyze the impact of influencer and PR efforts regularly.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for beauty and the Fenty brand universe.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or events.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Culturally aware and knowledgeable about the beauty and social media landscape in the Middle East.
