Kendo Associate Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal partners to drive DEIB initiatives.
- Develop and manage team agendas and track deadlines for DEIB programs.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate DEIB courses and projects.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for internal DEIB training and learning events.
- Support the development and implementation of DEIB programs and strategies.
- Draft and design DEIB-related communications and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Capture and assemble updates and stories on DEIB progress for monthly reports.
- Align program dates with stakeholders and update the master communications calendar.
- Schedule DEIB team event calendars for content creation and preparation.
- Send calendar invites and reserve rooms for events as needed.
- Draft and finalize the Run of Show and create post-event surveys.
- Coordinate catering, videographers, photographers, and other event-related vendors.
- Manage volunteers and support staff for events.
- Create and share roles and responsibilities documents, conduct prep calls, and ensure event readiness.
- Track and update event expenses and DEIB volunteering metrics.
- Create and send event invites, marketing materials, and creative assets for DEIB events.
- Design engaging internal/external communication for placement on intranet and LinkedIn.
- Conduct event debriefs, draft recaps, and share with stakeholders.
- Schedule internal debrief meetings and complete expense reports.
- Update training/programming trackers and wrap up total budget spent for events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating/supporting DEI initiatives or programs
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles, particularly in coordinating or supporting DEI initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The salary range for this position is $78,200 - $86,900 per year based on location and experience.
