1. Develop, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with MEATR Brand Teams and Regional HQ in Paris.
2. Align forecasts and timelines for new product launches with global launch plans to ensure market readiness.
3. Review and update forecasts for core products monthly based on retail performance and market dynamics.
4. Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to communicate local risks, opportunities, and deviations from budget.
5. Lead end-to-end planning of new product launches from order placement to in-store availability.
6. Manage and communicate launch calendars, shipment schedules, and quantities to internal teams and retail partners.
7. Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to monitor performance and identify trends or risks.
8. Maintain healthy stock levels across markets and address potential shortages or overstock situations.
9. Collaborate with retailers and distributors to optimize supply efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
10. Serve as the key link between local markets, regional teams, and global operations.
11. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
12. Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy and regional collaboration.

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
3. Previous exposure to skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare categories is an advantage.
4. Fluent in English is mandatory.

1. Advanced Excel skills required.
2. Experience with planning tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
4. Highly organized, proactive, and analytical.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global teams.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
