Kendo Associate Manager, Demand and Supply

- Develop, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with MEATR Brand Teams and Regional HQ in Paris.
- Align forecasts and timelines for new product launches with global launch plans to ensure market readiness.
- Review and update forecasts for core products monthly based on retail performance and market dynamics.
- Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to communicate local risks, opportunities, and deviations from budget.
- Lead end-to-end planning of new product launches from order placement to in-store availability.
- Manage and communicate launch calendars, shipment schedules, and quantities to internal teams and retail partners.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to monitor performance and identify trends or risks.
- Maintain healthy stock levels across markets and address potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with retailers and distributors to optimize supply efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
- Serve as the key link between local markets, regional teams, and global operations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
- Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy and regional collaboration.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
- Previous exposure to skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare categories is an advantage.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with planning tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and analytical.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
