1. Consolidate weekly and monthly brand analyses.
2. Edit and prepare reports for the Retail Europe department.
3. Monitor challenges related to product launches.
4. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing retail excellence.
5. Assist in organizing Retail & Education seminars.
6. Manage back-office administration for French sales teams.
7. Coordinate logistics for European sales teams.
8. Oversee back-office tasks such as shipping, order tracking, and invoicing.
9. Facilitate effective communication with service providers.
10. Ensure seamless communication between field teams and head office.
11. Align Retail team needs with marketing teams, including Brand Managers and Visual Merchandisers.

1. Degree in Retail or a related field.
2. Passion for cosmetics and retail challenges.

4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in French and English.
