Kendo Assistant National Account Manager

1. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sephora to enhance sales and profit, increase market share, and maximize sell-in and sell-out with guidance from the Senior National Account Manager.
2. Serve as the primary contact for Sephora, establishing key relationships across various functions including Buying, Supply, Marketing, and E-commerce.
3. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between the retailer and Kendo teams.
4. Develop and execute activities tailored to each National Account Group to maximize business potential.
5. Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales & Education, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance to ensure effective communication and strong working relationships.
6. Conduct regular visits to key stores within allocated National Account Groups, either independently or with the field sales team and Senior National Accounts Manager.
7. Achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets within allocated National Account Groups.
8. Monitor and forecast retail and wholesale performance, aligning with the Planner on SKU forecasting and inventory targets.
9. Collaborate with Finance and Supply teams to resolve underpayments and returns monthly, ensuring timely completion of internal trackers.
10. Support reporting on Sell-in and Sell-out metrics.
11. Secure appropriate allocation and sell-in for new launches, reviewing sell-in and sell-through of key projects.
12. Prepare and coordinate sales strategy documents for company strategy meetings, presenting retailer-specific strategies to ensure buy-in.
13. Support the definition and implementation of retailer-specific Joint Business Plans, reviewing progress quarterly and adapting plans as needed.
14. Administer the exchange of information with retailers and update weekly trackers.
15. Manage and follow up on new account creation and closure applications.

1. Commercial awareness with the ability to drive business performance.
2. Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong planning and organizational skills.
3. Customer-focused with effective negotiation techniques.
4. Proficient in Excel.
5. Team player with the ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.

Minimum of 3 years in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry. Experience with Sephora is desired but not essential.
