Kendo Assistant Manager

- Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of Makeup Artists, including scheduling and coaching.
- Lead the team in exceptional product knowledge and customer service to build a loyal clientele.
- Achieve sales goals and manage payroll investment.
- Develop and implement a clientele program to drive sales and loyalty.
- Create in-store activations aligned with the brand calendar.
- Strategically build and develop the brand business within the store.
- Foster strong relationships with Selfridges management and Kendo.
- Develop and refine team skills in sales, artistry, and customer service.
- Manage tester and samples budget, ensuring timely orders.
- Model professionalism and brand representation at all times.
- Previous experience in a luxury store environment.
- High-level make-up artistry background.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience at a similar level.
- Proven strategic and business acumen.
- Experience in building and executing clientele strategies.
