- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
- Support marketing actions tailored to specific markets.
- Ensure brand visibility on e-commerce platforms like Sephora, including product matrix and asset delivery.
- Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
- Oversee logistics and budgetary aspects of country allocations and orders.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of Trade Marketing plans.
- Develop Trade Marketing animations in various countries, including briefing, production follow-up, and performance analysis.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-up on specific requests.
- Update 360° Marketing plans and assist in budget tracking.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's level) in a relevant field.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
