1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
2. Participate in product launch implementation.
3. Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and provide recommendations.
4. Support markets with specific marketing actions.
5. Ensure brand visibility on e-commerce platforms like Sephora.
6. Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
7. Oversee resource allocation, order management, and logistical and budgetary tracking.
8. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
9. Develop and monitor Trade Marketing plans.
10. Support the development of Trade Marketing animations, including briefing, production follow-up, and performance analysis.
11. Assist in daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
12. Monitor performance using reporting tools.
13. Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-up on specific requests.
14. Update 360° Marketing plans.
15. Participate in budget tracking.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5).
2. Interest in product launch management and 360° plan development.
3. Desire to develop knowledge of the cosmetics market and Brand & Trade Marketing strategies on a European scale.

4. Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
5. Proficient in IT tools.
6. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience is required.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5).
