1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe, including participation in launch implementation and performance analysis.
2. Support marketing actions to enhance brand visibility on e-commerce platforms like Sephora.
3. Manage CRM visibility and logistical and budgetary aspects of product allocations.
4. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring.
5. Develop and monitor trade marketing plans, including the creation and evaluation of promotional materials.
6. Assist the Brand Manager with daily tasks, including performance tracking and coordination of meetings with the US headquarters.
7. Update 360° marketing plans and participate in budget tracking.

1. Pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Interest in product launches and 360° marketing plans.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2. Proficient in IT tools and fluent in English.
