Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Intern

1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
2. Participate in product launch implementation and performance analysis, providing reports and recommendations.
3. Support markets with specific marketing actions.
4. Ensure brand visibility on Sephora's e-commerce platforms, including delivery of product matrices and assets.
5. Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
6. Handle logistics and budgetary aspects of country allocations and orders.
7. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
8. Contribute to the development and monitoring of Trade Marketing plans.
9. Develop and oversee Trade Marketing animations in various countries, including briefing, production follow-up, and performance analysis.
10. Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager, including performance tracking and coordination of meetings with the US headquarters.
11. Update 360° Marketing plans and participate in budget monitoring.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on product launches and 360° plan development.

1. Autonomous, organized, and proactive with strong prioritization skills.
2. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and startup environments.
4. Proficiency in IT tools.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5).
