Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Intern

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation and performance analysis, providing reports and recommendations.
- Support markets with specific marketing actions.
- Ensure brand visibility on Sephora's e-commerce platforms, including delivery of product matrices and assets.
- Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
- Handle logistics and budgetary aspects of country allocations and orders.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of Trade Marketing plans.
- Develop and oversee Trade Marketing animations in various countries, including briefing, production follow-up, and performance analysis.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager, including performance tracking and coordination of meetings with the US headquarters.
- Update 360° Marketing plans and participate in budget monitoring.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on product launches and 360° plan development.
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and startup environments.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5).
