1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
2. Participate in product launch implementation.
3. Analyze performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
4. Support markets with specific marketing actions.
5. Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce sites by delivering product matrices and assets.
6. Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
7. Oversee resource allocation, ordering, and logistical and budgetary tracking.
8. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
9. Participate in the development and monitoring of Trade Marketing plans.
10. Develop Trade Marketing animations in countries through briefing, production follow-up, POS material validation, and performance analysis.
11. Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
12. Monitor performance using reporting tools.
13. Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-up on specific requests.
14. Update 360° Marketing plans.
15. Assist in budget monitoring.

1. Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.

1. Autonomous, organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing actions.
2. Adaptability to dynamic environments and various stakeholders.
3. Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
4. Proficiency in IT tools.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in a relevant field.

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.

Hybrid working mode with a 6-month internship starting in January 2026.
